01. Roof assessment and inspection
ROOFPRO starts by assessing your roof and understanding the issue you are dealing with. We look at the roof surface, visible wear, drainage areas, flashings, fixings, penetrations, moss growth, coating condition and signs of water ingress.
02. Diagnosis and tailored roofing advice
Once the roof has been inspected, we explain what we have found and recommend the most practical solution. This may include repair, leak detection, maintenance, waterproofing, roof treatment, protective coating, re-roofing or replacement.
03. Scope of work and quote
If roofing work is required, we provide a clear scope of work and quote so you understand what is being recommended and why.
04. Roofing work completed
Once approved, ROOFPRO completes the agreed roofing work with a focus on protecting the property and supporting long-term roof performance.
05. Job report and future maintenance advice
Where appropriate, we provide a job report and practical maintenance advice so you know what has been completed, what to monitor and when future maintenance may be needed.
